Returns Policy
You may return must new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery.
All sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or receive a store credit for your item(s) within 3 days from the date of purchase if approved by the store associate. In the case of a refund, we will give you the money that you paid, minus a replacement fee of 20% .Items must be free of scratched, stains and without signs of wear or tear, or an additional restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from store credit. In personalized orders, such as items with engravings, special ring size, custom chains measurement, etc., an additional replacement fee of 20% will be applied regardless of the condition of the item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
